Train Schedules by Country — 150+ Railway Networks

Global railway coverage

TrainTrackings indexes train schedules and live train status for over 150 countries across six continents. Each country page lists every active route, station directory, fare guide, and live departure board — from India’s 13,000-train national network and Japan’s Shinkansen bullet train timetable to Pakistan Railways intercity services and South African Metrorail commuter lines.

How data tiers work

Tier 1 countries have real-time GPS or GTFS-Realtime feeds with train positions updating every 30 seconds. Tier 2 countries use official timetable APIs with live delay information. Tier 3 countries use published schedule data refreshed daily from operator timetable releases, giving accurate departure and arrival times even without a live feed.

Asia & South Asia railways

Asia is home to the world’s largest rail networks. Indian Railways runs 13,169 trains daily across 68,000 km of track. Pakistan Railways connects Karachi, Lahore, Rawalpindi, and Peshawar on its 7,791 km network. Japan’s 29,000 daily train services include the world-famous Shinkansen bullet train running at up to 320 km/h. TrainTrackings covers all three with live schedules, station pages, and fare comparisons.

European rail networks

Europe’s high-speed rail network spans 45+ countries connected by Eurostar, TGV, ICE, Thalys, and Frecciarossa services. TrainTrackings covers Deutsche Bahn (Germany), SNCF (France), Network Rail (UK), Trenitalia (Italy), ÖBB (Austria), SBB (Switzerland), and 30+ other operators — all with live departure boards, timetables, and international route planners including cross-border connections.
